The Lake Union District Council (LUDC) is a citizen advisory group, one of thirteen in the city that provides the means for cooperative action by Lake Union organizations and with all branches of city government. The LUDC also provides a forum to encourage discussion of common concerns among residents, businesses and community organizations. The LUDC also works to:
Lake Union District Council's boundaries include the Cascade Neighborhood to the south to include South Lake Union, The Eastlake Neighborhood to the east, the Wallingford Neighborhood to the west, the Fremont Neighborhood to the northwest, and the Westlake Area to the west.

Monthly meetings feature speakers drawn from the membership, city, county or state government and advocacy groups. Everyone is welcome to attend meetings. Please join us at the Fremont Neighborhood Service Center located at 908 N. 34th St. Following is the 2009 meeting dates:
